I really enjoy ordering from Grace Sushi because it is always fresh and tastes very, very tasty! The portions are normal size and, as I said, always fresh! My favorite is definitely the Lach Special Bento & the Coconut Balls!

Always enjoyed eating sushi at Grace's. No problem on site. Recently I ordered and paid in advance via PayPal. As usual, I have to wait about 1-1.5 hours. When the food still wasn't there after two hours, I was only dismissed on the phone with the words it was as good as on the way. Called again after 2.5 hours - it would take another 20 minutes to drive off, the rice had run out. Sorry, but how unprofessional is that? This is not allowed to happen in a restaurant and if it does, you can at least call and inform. After more than 3 hours of waiting, I didn't want to pay for my food for full price anymore. A compromise on a price reduction could not be reached. It's a shame about the food that may have been discarded, but you can't put up with everything. It was taken for granted that the money would be transferred back to me. Had to drive by the same evening (!) To run after the money, which of course was not transferred properly. I will certainly not order more here, even if it's a shame because I enjoyed eating here. But there is always a lack of professionalism ...

Wanted to order sushi on Saturday and had to wait 2.5 hours for our food! When ordering via Lieferando 1h was predicted. When I called and asked, there was only a cheeky answer from "we are waiting for drivers to do a lot, sorry". When I said that I would then want to cancel the delivery, the only answer was "yes you have to do this yourself". This is anything but customer friendly. Food was stale and no longer fresh. We never order from such an unfriendly restaurant again!

As I read here, I'm not the only one with a delivery time of 2.5 hours and cheeky employees. I was always held up as in 20 min blah and no sign of acceptance (discount) and such. If the owner really cares about his customers, he should hire more suppliers. 2.5 hours are simply too much!

Caution food poisoning. We ordered Sunday from Grace. usually we were always satisfied. On Tuesday, the drama started. Vomiting, diarrhea cramps. According to doctor food poisoning. Learned during the day from several acquaintances that they also ate at the weekend and got the same. Never again Grace !!

Ordered Grace sushi online on Sunday. It gave me stomach flu Tuesday morning and I have to go to the hospital. 😭😭😭😭😭

We have been here a few times and have always been happy. I seldom eat fish, but the sushi prepared here is really great. Only recommended.

We waited 2.5 hours for our sushi (€ 30 for 20 rolls of sushi that fall apart), after an hour I called and was told it would take another 20 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called again and was told I was getting a discount. Wait 2.5 hours, cheeky supplier and a 4 euro discount ?! I will never order again. Cheek.

Unfriendly customer service. Rarely seen anything like that, unbelievable. Preferably 0 stars !! Incorrect delivery, the supplier has become very naughty and rebellious in the replacement. And wanted to have another payment for the correct delivery! Simply not recommendable, I advise everyone from this shed! Better go somewhere or look for another store!

Very tasty, fresh sushi with great value for money. The roles are all really well filled, so we were quickly full. The staff were all very nice. It was definitely not the last time. Really highly recommended.

We were happy with our food and service! The sushi was fresh and tasted delicious too. There is a sushi band and you have the option to choose "All you can eat". The restaurant is fairly new and has a nice, modern decor. Unfortunately there is a point deduction, because I would have liked more choice.
